Licence
Trackify grants authorised users a limited, non-transferable right to access the software and related services according to their subscription, role, and organisation permissions.
The licence does not transfer ownership of Trackify software, branding, content systems, source code, APIs, or intellectual property.
Customer responsibilities
Customers remain responsible for accurate vehicle, driver, training, compliance, tracker, and operational records.
Trackify supports workflows and evidence paths, but customers must confirm legal, accreditation, certification, and regulatory requirements before relying on any public wording.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse Trackify systems, bypass access controls, upload unsafe content, interfere with MCP/API services, or attempt to expose secrets or restricted operational data.
